Teacher Gift
by JulieThe end of the school year seriously crept up on me! I can not believe it is the last day of school tomorrow for my son. I just put together a super quick gift for his teacher, but I think it turned out super cute! I got the cute tag from this site here, you can print it for free. You can’t tell from the picture, but I also added a candy bar to the soda, you could also add a gift card or something else.
There is also a cute tag like this for Father’s Day.

I love this saying
by JulieThis is such a cute saying, and I thought I would share it. Mother’s Day is coming up in a few days and I have been reflecting lately on how lucky I am to be a Mom. Being a Mother is more challenging than I could ever have imagined, but it is so much more rewarding that I ever could have imagined. I look at my boys and think how did I get so lucky to have these boys, they are so perfect. I am so grateful for the responsibility I have to raise my children. I am also grateful for a wonderful Mother who raised me, and for the wonderful Grandma she is to my boys.

Yummy Chocolate Chip Cookies
by JulieSo my friend gave me this recipe for Weight Watchers chocolate chip cookies a couple of years ago, and it is on of my favorites. These cookies are supposed to make 24 cookies which are super tiny nibbler size and they are 1 Weight Watcher’s Point. I make them into a normal size cookie and it makes 12 cookies, with 2 Weight Watcher’s Points(note this is under tho old plan, not sure about the + plan). Anyway My boys also love these cookies, and my friends always ask me to make them for get togethers.
Recipe
2 TBS Softened Butter
2 TBS Canola Oil
1 Egg White
1/2 Cup Brow Sugar
3/4 Cup Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1tsp Vanilla
1/8 tsp Salt
Chocolate Chips or M & M’s (I add all sorts of different things in mine)
Cream butter, oil, brown sugar, egg whites and vanilla together. Add the flour, baking powder and salt, lastely add the choclate chips and mix. Drop onto cookie sheet either make 24 small ones or 12 normal size cookies. Cook 8-10 min on 375 degrees, I usually cook mine for 8 min, I hate hard cookies. I also use a silicone mat, these are awesome they help the cookies or whatever you are making not stick.
